WAREHOUSEMAN/TIMEKEEPER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible in receiving, storage and issuance of materials, machines, parts, tools and equipment, etc.
• Safekeeping of materials, machines, parts, tools and equipment, etc.
• Arrange locations of the materials, machines, parts, tools, equipment, etc. for easy accessibility
• Record and maintain the incoming and outgoing of items
• Check tools and equipment / items condition prior receiving and issuance
• Responsible taking physical inventories
• Orders materials and supplies as necessary to maintain proper stock levels
• Can perform timekeeping functions
• Other duties and responsibilities as may be required of the Warehouseman

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• At least High School graduate or Vocational/Technical course
• With experience in warehouse or inventory work (preferred)
• Knowledgeable in basic inventory control and documentation
• Literate in operating a computer and software (MS Office and Inventory System)
• Should possess leadership and administration skills and abilities
• Strong motivational skills and effectual team building capabilities
• Ability to effectively manage time, resolve issues and decision making
• Possesses good verbal and written communication skills
• Has good interpersonal skills
• Honest, hardworking and conscientious

OTHER INFORMATION

• Willing to go on out-of-town assignments
• Must be able to be mobilized within short notice period
