Warehouse/Production Team Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse/Production Team Member to join our manufacturing facility. This role involves supporting daily operations on the assembly line and in the warehouse, ensuring efficient production flow and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a factory environment, with mechanical aptitude and familiarity with various tools and equipment. This position offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in manufacturing processes within a dynamic team setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment such as forklifts, production machines, and truck maintenance.
• Assist with assembly line tasks, including parts handling, component assembly, and quality checks
• Manage inventory by receiving, storing, and organizing materials in the warehouse
• Support the movement of raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Perform routine inspections of machinery and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines

Skills

• Prior experience with forklift operation is highly desirable
• Factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
• Warehouse experience including inventory management and material handling
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
