Warehouse/Repack Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse/Repack Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, focusing on efficient distribution, inventory control, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and materials handling to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage a food-grade warehouse handling bulk and packaged olive oil products.
• Supervise & assist with container filling operations for drums, totes, pails and tankers.
• Involved in inventory control, cycle counts, receiving, and shipping activities.
• Coordinated production schedules to meet customer requirements and on-time deliveries
• Complete and File paperwork and keep inventory excel sheets up to date
• Respond to and Send emails to customer and carriers (when needed)
• Ensured compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Maintained equipment and food-grade storage conditions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse distribution, logistics, or related fields with a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills or team management experience.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklifts and RF scanners safely; forklift certification preferred.
• Strong managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
• Knowledge of lean management techniques and process improvement strategies within a distribution environment.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual material handling as required in warehouse settings.

Pay: $21.00 - $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
