Warehouses Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, supervise warehouse staff, and maintain a safe and productive work environment. This role is critical to supporting our real estate operations by ensuring timely and accurate handling of materials, equipment, and supplies.

Requirements

• Warehouse Operations Management:
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment used in real estate projects
• Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock checks and audits
• Maintain organized warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of items
• Team Supervision:
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure productivity and accuracy
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and safety protocols
• Inventory Control:
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams to replenish supplies as needed
• Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems to minimize discrepancies
• Prepare and submit inventory reports to management
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Logistics Coordination:
• Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites
• Schedule and oversee the loading and unloading of goods
• Manage relationships with suppliers and transportation providers
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and reduce costs
• Implement best practices for inventory management and warehouse operations

Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is a plus
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in construction, real estate, or a related industry
• Proven experience in supervising a team

Skills :

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts)
