Warehousing Internship

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily work orders and spare parts in and out of the warehouse
• Sort spare parts, and assist the warehouse manager with daily maintenance tasks.
• Follow asset SOP to perform warehouse access registration management and asset entry/exit registration management.
• Be familiar with asset management tools and platforms; respond to and execute work orders in accordance with SLA requirements, ensuring SLA compliance rate and accuracy of asset information; possess ability to propose optimization suggestions for asset management and work order processes.

Job Requirements

• Internship period should be more than 3 months.
• Daily work is on a shift system, and evening shifts from 12 noon to 9 pm are acceptable as well.
• Clear and logical expression, polite listening.
• Team spirit, proactively supporting and backing up other members.
• Self-management; basic daily work and project management.
