Warranty Assistant

We are looking for a Warranty Assistant to join our growing Automotive Aftersales Team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in processing vehicle warranty claims and related documents.
• Check warranty claim forms, repair orders, invoices and supporting documents.
• Assist with warranty claim submission, approval and follow-up.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Workshops and Suppliers.
• Update and maintain accurate warranty records and claim status.
• Follow up on pending warranty claims and repair cases.
• Assist in handling customer enquiries related to vehicle warranty and claims.
• Prepare warranty reports and documentation when required.
• Ensure warranty procedures follow company SOP and guidelines.
• Perform other administrative and aftersales duties assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SKM / Diploma in Automotive, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in automotive warranty, aftersales, service advisor, workshop or automotive administration is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of cars, vehicle parts and repairs is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Able to use Microsoft Office
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
