Warranty Assistant (EV)

• Assist management with daily administrative tasks and office operations.
• Handle filing, emails, phone calls, mail distribution, and data entry.
• Arrange appointments, schedules, and meetings to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Update and maintain customer information, documents, and service records.
• Keep updated on company announcements, manufacturer updates, and vehicle recall information.
• Communicate with customers and provide assistance when needed.
• Liaise with manufacturers and external parties regarding daily operations.
• Assist in handling customer enquiries and resolving related issues.
• Prepare and issue quotations, debit notes, receipts, cover notes, and policy documents.
• Submit daily collections and maintain accurate records.
• Process commission recoveries and commission payments.
• Prepare and submit policy cancellation documents.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management or the immediate supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in administration or a similar role.
• Experience in warranty administration is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in an organized manner.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Professional, polite, and able to communicate well over the phone.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work in Kajang.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
