WARRANTY IN-CHARGE

o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, Engineering, or any related field

o With at least 6 months of experience in warranty processing, claims handling, or after-sales service (automotive/heavy equipment industry is an advantage)

o Knowledgeable in warranty policies, documentation, and claim procedures

o Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing warranty claims and reports

o Good communication and coordination skills with suppliers, service teams, and customers

o Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting systems

o Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

o Honest, organized, and with high sense of responsibility
