Warranty Intern

Job Overview:

The Warranty Intern will support the Warranty team in managing warranty and Free Service Maintenance (FSM) claims, including reviewing claim documentation and maintaining accurate reports. The role involves working with data, preparing presentations, and coordinating with dealers as well as internal stakeholders.

This internship is suitable for candidates who are proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, possess strong numerical and analytical skills, and demonstrate effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities Warranty Claims Operations

·         Assist in processing and reviewing warranty and FSM claims submitted by dealers

·         Support validation of documents such as Repair Orders, invoices, and supporting reports

·         Maintain and update warranty claim records in internal systems

·         Prepare and update reports, trackers, and presentations for weekly/monthly reviews

·         Coordinate with dealers and internal teams to follow up on missing information

·         Assist in data analysis related to warranty performance and claims trends, as required

·         Support administrative tasks within the warranty department

Requirements

Education & Skills

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Automotive, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks

Attributes

·         Basic understanding of automotive or warranty processes is an advantage

·         Experience in handling data or reports is a plus

·         Positive attitude and willingness to learn

·         Good time management skills
