What they need
Responsible for managing end-to-end warranty claims at the Mahindra authorised service centre, ensuring timely and accurate claim submission, approval and settlement as per OEM guidelines. Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, parts and Mahindra warranty teams for diagnosis, documentation and claim resolution. Monitor warranty rejections, pending claims, warranty parts and MIS. Ensure compliance with warranty processes, audits and documentation requirements while minimising claim rejection and improving customer satisfaction.
Qualification: Diploma/BE/B.Tech – Automobile/Mechanical preferred
Experience: 3–5 years in automotive dealership/service warranty operations
Key Skills: Warranty Claims, Technical Diagnosis, OEM Coordination, DMS/ERP, MS Excel, MIS, Documentation & Customer Handling
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
