Warranty Processor

This position exists to support the service department in its various functions and targets by handling and attending to customer service requirements, thereby ensuring the attainment and fulfillment of the LausGroup corporate mission and vision.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets all customers promptly and provides timely professional service.
• Properly evaluates all warranty claims before invoicing.
• Ensures that all the standards and requirements of the manufacturer or principal dealer are met.
• Confirms the veracity of vehicle information and warranty items for claim processing.
• Coordinates warranty procedures, policies, and related activities with the dealership principal.
• Completes the required documents, computes the claim amount of labor and materials, and submits them to the dealership principal.
• Responsible for gathering, safekeeping, tagging, and submitting warrantable parts to the principal within the allowed period.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably a graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any related courses.
• Must have at least two years of solid experience in the same industry.
• Knowledgeable with office and administrative procedures.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Must be customer oriented.
• Possesses a valid professional driver’s license.
