Warranty Processor

DEPARTMENT : AFTERSALES

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving, assisting, and evaluating customers for warranty claims
• Responsible for collating and submitting PMS and warranty claims on time
• Responsible for preparing Technical Evaluation Report (TER) for submission to IPC; and monitoring and updating all TER status
• Responsible for conducting New Vehicle Releasing Procedure (NVRP) for the newly-released customers
• Responsible for coordinating and receiving the customer’s vehicle for servicing scheduled through the appointment system
• Releasing the vehicle to customers after completion of repair
• Conduct up-selling of dealer products and other services to customers
• Responsible for warranty and failed parts.
• Conduct 5S activity in the area of the workplace
• Utilize the Global Isuzu Diagnostic Service System (GIDSS)
• Attend relevant training programs offered by IPC
• Ensures the protection of the organization's assets by maintaining information confidentiality
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month

• Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
