WARRANTY PROCESSOR

Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate warranty claims based on manufacturer policies.

• Review warranty coverage, technician diagnoses, and repair documents.

• Prepare and submit warranty claims with supporting documents for approval.

• Coordinate with manufacturers regarding claim approvals and rejections.

• Facilitate warranty-related parts repairs and replacements.

• Monitor, collect, and maintain inventory records of defective warranty parts.

• Prepare warranty reports and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year college course.

• At least one year of relevant work experience.

• Knowledgeable in warranty processing and manufacturer procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Good communication, coordination, and customer service skills.

• Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.

• Proactive, adaptable, professional, and a team player.
