Warranty Executive – Job Role | Popular Hyundai

• Handle warranty claims and ensure timely processing as per Hyundai guidelines.
• Verify warranty eligibility and required documentation.
• Prepare and submit warranty claims accurately through the relevant systems.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Hyundai for claim approvals and clarifications.
• Monitor pending, rejected, and returned warranty claims and take corrective action.
• Maintain proper records of warranty repairs, claims, approvals, and settlements.
• Ensure compliance with Hyundai warranty policies and procedures.
• Support the service team in identifying warranty-related concerns.
• Follow up on warranty claim settlements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, documentation, and customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma, preferably with automobile/service experience. Good communication, documentation, computer skills, and knowledge of warranty processes are preferred.
