Job Overview: The Washroom Operator is responsible for cleaning and preparing motor components for inspection, repair, or remanufacturing. This role involves operating pressure-washing equipment, moving components using an overhead crane, and utilizing handheld tools to support daily production activities. The successful candidate will maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following established quality and safety procedures.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday (6:00am to 4:00pm)
• On call rotating schedule for after hours, holidays, and weekends

Qualifications:

• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (9-10 hours)
• The ability to use handheld tools such aswrenches, scrapers, hammers, chisels, etc.
• Standing: Frequently
• Walking: Frequently
• Sitting: Occasionally
• Stooping (forward leaning): Occasionally
• Reaching/Working Overhead: Frequently
