Role: Landfill Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily landfill activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with environmental permits, regulations, and safety standards.
• Lead and coach site employees, coordinate work schedules and equipment, and monitor operational practices.
• Maintain accurate records of site performance, investigate incidents, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to resolve operational issues and support reliable customer service.
• Promote environmental stewardship and contribute to sustainability goals through responsible waste disposal.
