Waste Services Administrator

Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for an Waste Services Administrator.
  
Contract: 6 months | Immediate Start
Hourly Pay Rate: $45 p/h + Super
  
Responsibilities: 

• Provide high-quality customer service and respond to waste management enquiries via phone, email and CRM.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and service issues, liaising directly with waste collection contractors where required.
• Maintain accurate customer, trade waste, domestic waste and rates-related records and data.
• Provide accurate advice to customers regarding waste disposal, recycling, reuse and waste reduction services.
• Process correspondence, CRM enquiries, records and documentation in line with Council procedures and required timeframes.
• Liaise with internal teams, external customers and service contractors to support the effective delivery of waste services.
• Assist with the development and review of waste service information, promotional and educational materials, and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Essential:

• 2+ years experience in an administration support role within local government or working in a politically sensitive environment
• Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
