What they need
The PPP Waste Specialist manages waste collection, disposal, and recycling programs under Public-Private Partnership agreements. The role ensures compliance with environmental regulations and optimizes waste management operations in collaboration with public and private stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, and manage waste management operations under PPP frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and PPP agreements.
- Conduct waste audits, analysis, and reporting for stakeholders.
- Develop strategies for waste reduction, recycling, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with government agencies, private partners, and communities.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation to support PPP projects.
Requirements & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Waste Management, Public Health, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in waste management, preferably in PPP projects.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and PPP project management.
