Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to manage the new product development process from idea to mass production

• Receive, document and detail quotations from vendor / supplier

• Input and management of product detail:

  • SKU Management
  • Specification
  • Packaging Instructions
  • Quotation

• Scheduled and timely follow up of product samples to ensure deadline of prototype, picture sample and salesman samples are received as needed

• Filing and management and responsibility of prototype, samples and designs in a systematic, clear way

• Regularly twice a week meeting with vendor to ensure production and sample deadlines are being met

Key Requirements:

• F.6 graduate or above
• 3 years or above experience in watch industry is a must
• Experience in using SAP B1 or MRP/ERP program is preferred
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work under a tight schedule and pressure
• Willing to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Good communication skills, well-organized, self-motivated, teamwork spirit, responsible and be able to work independently are preferred
• Fluency in English is a must
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
