About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Vintage Luxury Watch Technician specializing in the repair, maintenance, and restoration of high-end timepieces, including Richard Mille, Audemars Piguet, and Rolex. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical and electronic watch servicing, with a strong focus on precision, craftsmanship, and maintaining the integrity of luxury watch brands.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of vintage and luxury watches, including mechanical, automatic, and quartz movements.
• Conduct movement disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, and reassembly to factory standards.
• Repair and replace components such as escapements, balance wheels, mainsprings, and complications (chronographs, tourbillons, perpetual calendars).
• Restore vintage watches while preserving authenticity and brand heritage.
• Carry out polishing, case refinishing, and water-resistance testing to ensure durability and aesthetic quality.
• Maintain detailed service records and ensure compliance with brand-specific repair protocols.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide expert consultation on watch care, restoration, and valuation.
• Stay updated on luxury watchmaking innovations, tools, and techniques.

About you

• At least 1 year of professional watch repair experience, preferably with luxury and vintage brands.
• Certification in Horology/Watchmaking (WOSTEP, BHI, or equivalent) is nice to have.
• Proven expertise in servicing Richard Mille, Audemars Piguet, Rolex, and other high-end timepieces.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical movements, complications, and finishing techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail, manual dexterity, and precision workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair projects.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
• Experience with micromechanical tools and advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Knowledge of luxury watch authentication and valuation.
• Familiarity with vintage restoration techniques and sourcing rare components.
