About the role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Watch Technician to join our technical/service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for watch inspection, diagnosis, servicing, repair, movement maintenance, battery replacement, regulation, testing, and quality control. The role will also work closely with our Retail, Operations, Customer Service and E-commerce teams to ensure timely and high-quality after-sales service.

About you
- Hands-on experience with mechanical, automatic and quartz watches
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail
Requirements:
- Relevant watchmaking/technical experience
- Knowledge of mechanical, automatic and quartz movements
- Experience in servicing and repairing watches
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and meet service turnaround targets
- Watchmaking/horology qualification is an advantage
