Key Responsibilities / 主要職責

• Provide Professional Technical Assessments: Deliver expert technical evaluations and after-sales services for high-value timepieces to our valued clients.

  提供專業技術評估： 為貴賓客戶的高級腕錶提供專業的技術評估與優質售後服務。

• Ensure Timely Repair Completion: Guarantee all maintenance and repair cases are completed punctually according to established lead times and brand craftsmanship standards.

  確保及時完成維修： 嚴格遵循品牌工藝標準與既定工期，確保所有保養與維修項目如期完成。

• Custody & Product Care: Take full accountability for all client products received for servicing, handling each item with extreme care and diligence.

  慎重管理客戶產品： 恪守責任感，極致細心地妥善處理解修的每一件客戶珍品。

• Full-Scope Watch Repair & Overhaul: Execute end-to-end repairs for quartz, mechanical, and simple complication watches, including disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, component replacement, reassembly, lubrication, polishing, and precision testing.

  全方位鐘錶維修與保養： 負責石英錶、機械錶及基礎複雜功能腕錶的完整維修流程，包括拆解、超聲波清洗、零件更換、組裝、點油、打磨及精準度測試。

• Inventory Control & Store QC: Manage spare parts inventory levels and conduct quality control (QC) and express servicing at warehouses or retail boutiques as needed.

  庫存管理與店舖 QC： 維持充足的備件庫存，並按需要於倉庫或專門店進行品質檢測（QC）與快速維修服務。

• System Data Accuracy: Ensure precise and timely entry of technical diagnostics, service records, and repair status into the service management system.

  精準錄入系統數據： 準確無誤地將維修診斷、服務記錄及進度更新至售後管理系統中。

• Retail Team Collaboration: Partner closely with boutique sales staff on complex repair cases and deliver technical training to elevate frontline product knowledge.

  跨部門協作與培訓： 與門市銷售團隊緊密配合處理維修個案，並提供技術培訓以提升前線產品知識。

Professional Requirements / 任職要求

• Technical Qualification: Advanced Watchmaking/Repair certificate or WOSTEP certification is highly preferred.

  專業資格： 持有高級鐘錶維修認證或 WOSTEP 官方認證者優先考慮。

• Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an After-Sales Watch Technician, preferably within the luxury timepiece industry.

  工作經驗： 擁有至少 3 年擔任鐘錶售後技術員的成功經驗，具備奢華鐘錶行業背景者優先。

• Stress Resistance: Proven ability to deliver high customer service standards while working effectively under pressure.

  抗壓能力： 具備良好的抗壓能力，能在高壓環境下持續維持高標準的服務質素。

• Language & IT Skills: Good command of spoken and written English, with proficiency in standard office computer tools (MS Office).

  語言與電腦技能： 具備良好的英語口語及書面溝通能力，並熟練操作常用辦公軟體（MS Office）。
