AB Luxe & Co is a growing luxury watch company specializing in buying, selling, and trading high-end timepieces. We work with Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Cartier, Omega, Tudor, Vacheron Constantin, and other luxury brands.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Watchmaker to join our team full-time. This is a hands-on position focused on the inspection, authentication, servicing, repair, and preparation of luxury watches.

Formal watchmaking education/training and previous professional watchmaking experience are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complete mechanical watch services and overhauls
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and automatic movements
• Perform detailed inspections of incoming watches
• Authenticate watches and individual components
• Identify aftermarket, replaced, incorrect, or damaged components
• Perform crystal replacements and installations
• Perform dial and hand swaps
• Replace crowns, tubes, gaskets, and other components
• Perform bracelet sizing, adjustments, and minor repairs
• Polish and refinish cases and bracelets
• Perform pressure and water-resistance testing
• Test accuracy, amplitude, beat error, and overall movement performance
• Complete final quality-control inspections before watches are offered for sale
• Properly document inspection findings and required repairs
• Maintain an organized and professional watchmaking workspace

Required Qualifications

• Formal watchmaking education, certification, or completion of a recognized watchmaking training program
• Previous professional experience working as a watchmaker
• Experience performing complete mechanical watch services and overhauls
• Experience with crystal replacements, dial swaps, polishing, and component replacement
• Strong knowledge of luxury watch authentication and inspection
• Extensive familiarity with Rolex watches and movements
• Ability to identify original, aftermarket, replaced, and damaged components
• Experience working on high-value luxury timepieces
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

Experience working on multiple luxury brands, particularly Rolex, as well as Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Cartier, Omega, Tudor, and Vacheron Constantin.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
