Responsibilities

• Perform detailed disassembly, cleaning, repair, and reassembly of watches, ensuring all components meet quality standards
• Conduct electrical diagnostics on watches with electronic or quartz movements to identify faults accurately
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals to guide repairs and adjustments
• Use specialized tools such as ohmmeters and magnification devices to troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures for each timepiece
• Collaborate with clients or team members to explain repair processes and ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on the latest watchmaking techniques, tools, and industry standards to continuously improve skills

Experience

• Proven experience in watchmaking or horology with a strong understanding of mechanical watch movements
• Demonstrated expertise in electrical diagnostics and working with electronic components within watches
• Familiarity with heavy equipment mechanics is a plus, especially when working on complex or vintage timepieces
• Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices in a high-precision environment
• Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately for troubleshooting purposes
• Technical proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters, screwdrivers, tweezers, and magnification devices
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity

Pay: $23.13 - $27.85 per hour
