Watchman

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and alert Watchman to monitor and protect our premises, property, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, observant, and able to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises and ensure the safety and security of the property.
• Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area.
• Monitor entrances, exits, gates, and restricted areas.
• Control and monitor visitors and vehicle access when required.
• Report any suspicious activity, theft, damage, or security concerns to management.
• Maintain daily security and visitor records.
• Ensure doors, gates, and other areas are properly secured.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and order around the assigned security area.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Watchman, Security Guard, or similar position is preferred.
• Honest, trustworthy, and responsible.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Able to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.

What We Offer

• Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 per month
• Full-time employment in Abu Dhabi
• Annual leave and other benefits in accordance with company policy and applicable UAE regulations.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
