Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and safeguard the building premises, common areas, entrances, and surrounding areas.
• Control and monitor access of visitors, contractors, and other persons entering or leaving the building.
• Report any suspicious activities, security concerns, damages, or maintenance issues to the management immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of common areas, corridors, staircases, entrances, parking areas, and other assigned areas.
• Carry out regular sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning of the building premises.
• Clean and maintain common facilities, including washrooms and other designated areas, as required.
• Ensure garbage and waste are collected and placed in the designated disposal areas.
• Monitor the general condition of the building and report any water leakage, electrical issues, damaged equipment, or other defects.
• Assist with opening and closing common areas, gates, and access points as instructed by management.
• Ensure that building rules and safety procedures are followed by residents, visitors, and contractors.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and proper appearance of the building surroundings.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
