Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and alert Parking Watchman to manage vehicle access, ensure parking area security, and assist drivers. You will be responsible for regulating parking flow, monitoring unauthorized vehicles, keeping access lanes clear, and providing a safe, organized parking environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Access Control & Traffic Flow: Direct incoming and outgoing vehicles, monitor entry/exit gates, and ensure vehicles park only in designated bays or reserved spaces.
• Security & Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the parking facilities, basements, and surface lots to prevent unauthorized parking, theft, vandalism, or safety hazards.
• Incident Reporting: Log and report overnight/unauthorized vehicles, damaged property, oil spills, or suspicious activity to facility management or security leads.
• Barrier & Gate Operations: Operate automatic barriers, validate parking passes or visitor permits, and report mechanical failures promptly.
• Safety & Maintenance Checks: Keep driveways and pedestrian walkways free of obstructions, report burnt-out lighting, and ensure fire exit lanes remain clear at all times.
• Customer Assistance: Assist motorists with parking directions and basic queries while maintaining a polite and professional demeanour.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in parking control, watchman duties, or facility security in commercial, residential, or retail properties.
• Basic understanding of building access protocols and parking management systems.
• Good physical stamina to conduct standing shifts and outdoor/basement foot patrols.
• Practical communication skills in English (Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is an advantage).
• Strong observation skills, punctuality, and reliability.
