What they need

At Rainbow Restoration, we are building a team of high performers who take pride in their work. We step into chaotic situations (floods, fires, and property damage) and bring order, solutions, and relief to our customers.

Whoever you are and wherever you’re starting from, if you bring heart and hustle, you belong here. We train each other, back each other up, and celebrate every win together, because the family whose home just flooded deserves a crew that works like one.

READ THIS FIRST

If you are looking for a job where you can do the bare minimum, hide in the back of a truck, and scroll your phone on the clock, stop reading and click away now.

But if you have grit and want to build a real career in a recession-proof industry, keep reading. We are building a team of A-players who want to work hard, master a system, and get paid what they are worth.

THE REWARD: What You Get Here

  • Pay: Starting wage $18-$22 with performance bonuses closer to $26
  • Paid training. We teach the trade from day one.
  • Bonuses on every job, starting as early as month 6. Per-job bonuses for quality, efficiency, and performance.
  • After-hours call-out bonuses. A bonus for every after-hours call-out, plus overtime pay.
  • A clear path to leadership. We train our people to move up. Master our standard operating procedures, earn your certifications, and we will actively help you advance.
  • Certifications we pay for. IICRC WRT, ASD, AMRT, and more: tuition, the first exam, and your hourly pay on class days.
  • A raise you control. Your pay ladder is in writing, all the way up to Division Project Manager.
  • 401(k), health insurance and PTO

WHAT WE EXPECT

EXCELLENCE: Do the Work Right the First Time

  • Professionalism. We are trusted guests in our customers’ homes during their most vulnerable and stressful moments. You will show respect through your actions, treating their property as if it were your own.
  • Accurate records and documentation. Log readings and photos on site, clock in and out by job number, and turn in every receipt the same day.
  • Ready gear. Your truck, tools, equipment, and PPE stay clean, stocked, and ready to roll.

DEPENDABILITY: Consistent Follow-Through

  • The grit to respond. Disasters aren’t 9-to-5. You will work a rotating on-call schedule. When a 2 a.m. emergency hits, you answer within 10 minutes, arrive ready, and execute the plan.

TRANSPARENCY: Truth and Honest Communication

  • Ownership and accountability. Keep constant, honest communication with the team. Own your mistakes, set clear expectations, and never hide a problem.

GOOD ATTITUDE: Take Pride in the Work

  • Uniform standards. Look like a professional. Arrive every day in clean black pants, black shoes, and a tucked-in uniform shirt.
  • Physical endurance. Bring a positive, team-first mindset to heavy labor. You must be able to move heavy extractors, cut drywall, and work comfortably in full PPE (Tyvek suits and respirators).

THE DEALBREAKERS: Don’t Apply If

  • You don’t have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
  • You aren’t legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • You can’t pass a job-related background check and drug test.
  • You use tobacco or vape. We are a tobacco- and vape-free company.
  • “That’s not my job” is in your vocabulary.
  • Being on time is a struggle.
  • You can’t lift 40 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation, or can’t wear a respirator (we provide the medical clearance and fit test after an offer).

If this sounds like you, we would love to meet you. Come do work that matters, with a team that has your back from day one.
