WATER FLOW METER TECHNICIAN

We are looking for an experienced Water Flow Meter Technician to join our team for water, storm water, drainage, and utility projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, test, calibrate, and maintain water flow meters and related instruments.
• Carry out flow meter installation in water, storm water, sewage, and utility networks.
• Perform troubleshooting, fault identification, repair, and replacement of flow meter components.
• Read and understand technical drawings, installation details, and equipment manuals.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of flow measurement systems.
• Ensure proper alignment, connections, wiring, and signal transmission.
• Record meter readings, testing results, calibration details, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, supervisors, and site teams to complete works as required.
• Follow project specifications, HSE requirements, and company procedures.
• Perform other related technical duties as assigned by the Site Engineer/Supervisor.

Requirements: TAQA TRANSCO CERTIFICATAION/COMPETENCY WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in water flow meters, instrumentation, or utility projects.
• Practical experience with electromagnetic, ultrasonic, mechanical, or other water flow meters.
• Knowledge of installation, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work on construction sites and utility projects.
• Knowledge of basic electrical/instrumentation systems is preferred.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in storm water, drainage, sewage, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
