Duties

• Lead water mitigation projects by planning, organizing, and supervising all phases of restoration work
• Manage and supervise staff involved in cleaning, sanitation, and industrial cleaning tasks to ensure high-quality results
• Coordinate with clients to assess damage, develop project timelines, and communicate progress effectively
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, health standards, and company policies
• Oversee cleaning & sanitation management processes to maintain a safe environment during projects
• Supervise team members in custodial activities such as cleaning, janitorial tasks, laundry handling, and hospitality-related sanitation
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor work quality and enforce safety protocols throughout project duration

Skills

• Proven experience in supervising cleaning operations, industrial cleaning, or custodial services
• Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff effectively
• Excellent communication skills for managerial interactions with clients and team members
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to water mitigation, cleaning, sanitation, and industrial environments
• Customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction during project execution
• Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and accountability among staff
• Experience in janitorial services, hospitality cleaning, or housekeeping management is highly desirable

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
