Water Mitigation Project Manager

RestoPros of MetroWest-Worcester is a water, mold, smoke, and fire mitigation company serving homes and businesses between Boston and Worcester. We are looking for an experienced (2+ years) Water Mitigation Project Manager, with prior experience in the restoration business.

This is a daily, in-person position at our office in Sudbury. The Mit PM will work in the office, and will use a company vehicle to make job site visits daily. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with a rotating weekend call schedule.

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Mit PM who wants to join a growing company. We are looking to promote employees from within who demonstrate a strong work ethic and loyalty to our company.

Experience:

• 2+ years experience as a water mitigation project/mitigation manager
• IICRC WRT certification
• Experience managing multiple projects at once
• Experience managing customer experience
• Attention to detail; ability to complete paperwork in a timely manner
• Clean drivers license and background check

Job Description

• Oversee and manage water and mold mitigation jobs from start to finish
• Be the point of contact for customers throughout all stages of the mitigation process. Communicate with customers daily.
• Inspect losses; document the job.
• Schedule appointments for inspections, demolition and drying, equipment pickups, aand more. Be logistically savvy - know how to effectively schedule multiple jobs at once
• Communicate job expectations with multiple crews. Explain the scope of work, oversee the job, work alongside crews when needed.
• Coordinate job specific tasks: dumpsters, subcontractors, etc.
• Review paperwork, scope sheets, photo reports to ensure accurracy
• Work with leadership team to ensure smooth operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
