Lead Restoration Technician – Mitigation

$26–$30/hour | Full-Time | Denver, CO

Experienced in restoration and ready to take the lead?

PuroClean is looking for an experienced, hands-on restoration professional who can independently manage and produce mitigation jobs while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work on water, fire, contents, mold, and biohazard projects as part of an established restoration team serving the Denver Metro area.

This is not a desk position. You'll be in the field, doing the work, taking ownership of assigned jobs, doing hands on work and helping other technicians succeed.

What You'll Do

• Independently manage and perform mitigation work from initial response through completion.
• Perform water extraction, selective demolition, cleaning, equipment setup, monitoring, and other restoration services.
• Evaluate affected areas, develop appropriate drying strategies, and prioritize drying over unnecessary demolition.
• Communicate clearly with customers, explain the process, answer questions, and obtain signed work authorizations.
• Complete all required photos, moisture readings, notes, and daily reports on site before leaving each job.
• Maintain job quality, efficiency, equipment utilization, and profitability.
• Work closely with the production team and office staff to keep projects moving.
• Help train and support other technicians while leading by example.
• Participate in emergency response and the on-call rotation.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 year of professional water mitigation/restoration experience.
• Experience independently running or leading mitigation jobs.
• Strong technical knowledge of drying equipment, moisture monitoring, and mitigation procedures.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and take ownership of results.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company automobile insurance requirements.
• IICRC certification is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 60.0 per week
