WATER RECLAMATION SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Description Of Duties/Essential Functions Under general supervision, receives and responds to telephone inquiries on the communication switchboard; establishes and updates automated and manual files and records; reviews the daily schedule for availability of medical consultants; utilizing alphabetical charts refers callers to the designated consultant.

Minimum Requirements Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of high school and 1 year related office experience. Requires working knowledge of alpha-numeric sequencing, office practices, procedures and programs, grammar, spelling and punctuation and basic mathematics. Requires ability to follow oral and/or written instructions, operate commonly used manual and automated office equipment and perform routine maintenance.
