Water Services Systems Lead

The Role / Person

The Drainage and Water group is looking for a capable and detail-focused Water Services Systems Lead to join the Water Services Reticulation team.

This is a varied role that sits at the intersection of data, technical support, asset information, customer service and regulatory processes. We need you to provide high-quality technical support and data management associated with the operation, maintenance and management of water, wastewater and stormwater services.

You'll work with internal and external customers to achieve high-quality service outcomes. Your focus will include property and development applications, customer enquiries, asset information and data management, technical support, and related regulatory processes. You'll coordinate and process requirements and conditions for water, wastewater and stormwater services, ensuring compliance with the Council's Water Services Bylaw.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to the systems and information that underpin essential water services for our community. You'll work across a broad range of functions, gain exposure to operational and asset management activities.

We're looking for an individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Bonus points if you have knowledge of the three waters.

This is a permanent position offering 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The annual salary for this role is $65,546.88 - $77,113.98.
