Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Job Description:

Perform water extraction and structural drying at residential and commercial properties.

Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers.

Take and document moisture readings, equipment placement, and daily project progress.

Remove water-damaged materials, including drywall, flooring, insulation, and trim.

Clean and deodorize carpets and upholstery using professional equipment and cleaning products.

Inspect carpets, identify stains, and apply appropriate cleaning treatments.

Move and protect furniture and customer belongings as needed.

Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow company safety procedures.

Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.

Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and project managers.

Participate in emergency service calls, including occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call assignments.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Ability to lift and move equipment and furniture.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Good communication skills and professional appearance.
