Schedule:

• Week 1: Thursday–Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Week 2: Friday–Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• On-Call: 4–5 days per month for call-out coverage.

About the Job:

This job isn’t for someone looking to sit behind a desk all day. It’s hot, dirty, physical work — but if you like staying active, working with a solid crew, and taking pride in getting the job done, you’ll fit right in here.

Our laborers help keep industrial facilities safe, clean, and running smoothly every day.

$17.00-$19.00.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform general industrial labor in demanding industrial environments.
• Assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance support, and job site tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly wear PPE.
• Be available for scheduled on-call coverage (4–5 days/month).
• Work closely with your crew and supervisors to knock jobs out safely and efficiently.

What We Provide:

• PPE provided (except steel-toe boots) $100 annual boot allowance after 90 days.
• Uniforms provided and professionally laundered +$1/hr shift differential for weekend shifts.
