What You'll Do

As our Waterjet Operator, you'll operate waterjet cutting equipment to produce accurate parts according to blueprints, job layouts, and work specifications. You'll prepare materials, set up cutting jobs, adjust operating parameters as needed, monitor cutting operations, and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards. You'll also maintain an organized work area, follow safety procedures, and work with the production team to keep jobs moving efficiently.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with hands-on experience operating a CNC mill and/or CNC router who understands machining processes and the importance of accuracy. The ideal candidate is comfortable reading blueprints, interpreting dimensions and tolerances, using precision measuring tools, and following job specifications. Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment or process issues are important.

Previous waterjet operating experience is preferred. We want someone who takes ownership of their work, works safely, and understands the importance of quality and meeting production expectations.
