Waterproofing Installer/Laborer

The Waterproofing Laborer position plays a critical role in the achievement of our strategic objective. This position ensures the timely execution of assigned work orders – resulting in exceptional quality control and the recognition of our Core Values.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Must be capable of excelling in three critical areas: Attitude, Effort and Ability.

· The ability to do physical work such as lifting, squatting, jumping and crawling out of ditches, ability to climb up and down a ladder, walking and maneuvering on uneven ground.

· Comfortable working in all kinds of inclement weather such as but not limited to rain, snow, cold, hot, dusty, and muddy conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.

· Must possess the ability to do simple math such as but not limited to addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

· Must possess the ability to read and translate a tape measure.

· Must possess general construction skills.

· Ability to operate construction equipment is a plus (such as but not limited to skid loader, mini-track hoe, small dump truck).

· Must be able to communicate clearly and get along with your fellow workers.

· Must have the ability to work hard and give 100% on the job site.

· Must have an insurable driving record and have the ability to operate and maneuver a truck and trailer safely and respectfully.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 55.0 per week
