What they need
Under the direction of the Operations Engineer, this skilled position performs duties necessary to achieve efficient operation and maintenance of the treatment facilities and distribution/collection systems while maintaining compliance with all State and Federal regulations. This position performs manual and skilled work in operation and maintenance activities including operating equipment of various sizes, shapes and functions throughout the treatment facilities and distribution/collection systems. Duties are frequently routine but are normally performed with some degree of independence under supervision of the Operations Engineer.
