ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accelerate results in SQDIC by leveraging WBS tools , mentoring and consulting skills, and change management process.

Lead the adoption and use of the WBS Fundamentals throughout the appointed BU or OU functions.

Ensure scorecard and WBS KPI to be well-aligned and effectively down to earth with leadership and HR.

Conduct productive kaizen funnel against the Strategy and KPI goals with functional team, and ensure the kaizen sustainment successfully.

Promote and facilitate diagnosis of workflow impediments and other wastes throughout the business, and provide expert counsel on appropriate tools to eliminate them and kaizen week.

As Process Tool Owner for selected WBS tools, promote the use and improvement of these tools and build a network of global CPs and ACPs to support Wuxi Biologics and BU needs.

Directly provide formal and informal WBS training and coaching accordingly, Promote and facilitate associate development in various WBS tools, training and CP certification.

Benchmark and incorporate best practices through workshop and case study.

QUALIFICATIONS:

This person will be high energy and able to handle conflict, and this position must have a strong gemba-orientation (spend time and drive change at the ‘real place’ – where the ‘value happens’). Be a quick study who can rapidly adapt to Wuxi Biologics‘s culture and gain the confidence of the Wuxi Biologics organization.

Education and/or Experience:

2+ years of Operations or Engineering experience, Familiarity with various manufacturing process technologies

BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master’s Degree preferred

Mastery of WBS Fundamentals and a variety of WBS Lean tools

Good at Excellent English Skills (written and spoken)

Hands-on experience implementing Lean or WBS activities

Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management
