JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sales Representative, you will assist customers while promoting products and services. Your responsibilities may include:

• Communicating with customers and identifying their needs
• Providing information about products and services
• Recommending suitable products based on customer requirements
• Handling customer inquiries and concerns
• Assisting customers throughout the sales process
• Building positive customer relationships
• Meeting assigned sales targets and performance goals
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
• Providing excellent customer service while achieving sales objectives

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least HS/SHS Graduate
• At least 6 months of BPO experience
• Sales experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
