Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000

Working Hours

12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Deal professionally with customers and visitors
• Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person communication
• Explain clinic services, packages, and promotions to customers
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Convert inquiries into appointments and sales
• Maintain proper customer records and follow-up data
• Coordinate appointments with the clinic team
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Achieve assigned sales and customer conversion targets
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional personality
• Customer dealing and sales skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle calls and WhatsApp professionally
• Previous experience in CSR, Customer Service, Sales, Call Center, Reception, or Aesthetic/Beauty Industry will be preferred
• Fresh candidates with good communication skills can also apply
• Candidates living near Bahria Orchard will be preferred
