JOB OVERVIEW

DRD Trading FZCO is seeking a proactive, organized, and results-driven E-commerce Executive to support and manage daily e-commerce activities across multiple online marketplaces in the UAE and KSA.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms, product listings, sales monitoring, order processing, and performance reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• E-commerce Platforms: Handle daily activities across Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Talabat, Trendyol, and other online marketplaces.
• Product Listings: Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and product information.
• Order Processing: Monitor purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and follow up on order fulfillment.
• Sales Monitoring: Track daily sales, product performance, and marketplace trends.
• Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock availability and coordinate product replenishment.
• Promotions & Pricing: Update product prices, discounts, and promotional offers.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing activities and platform performance.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Marketplace Coordination: Communicate with marketplace representatives and internal teams to resolve issues.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab.
• Familiarity with Carrefour, Talabat, Trendyol, or similar marketplaces is an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of product listings, order processing, inventory, and online sales.
• Ability to multitask across different e-commerce platforms and brands.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with UAE and KSA e-commerce markets is preferred.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

• Marketplace Performance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketplace information.
• Order Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
• Product Listings: Maintain complete and optimized product listings.
• Stock Availability: Coordinate replenishment and minimize out-of-stock situations.
• Sales Performance: Monitor sales trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Reporting Accuracy: Submit accurate and timely performance reports.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

To support the company's e-commerce activities across multiple marketplaces, ensure smooth execution of daily tasks, maintain accurate product and sales information, and contribute to overall business growth.

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
