WE ARE HIRING – RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Location: Salalah, Sultanate of Oman
Position: Restaurant Supervisor
Salary: OMR 200 – 250 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service.
• Manage and coordinate restaurant staff during shifts.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, hygiene, and discipline.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Store/Operations team for replenishment.
• Check daily sales, cash handling, and operational reports.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve performance.
• Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager/Operations Manager regarding daily operational requirements.
• Report operational issues, shortages, damages, customer complaints, and staff concerns to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Previous experience in F&B / Restaurant operations is required.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and staff supervision.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage staff and handle busy shifts effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards will be an advantage.
