WE ARE HIRING – STOREKEEPER

Location: Salalah, Sultanate of Oman
Position: Storekeeper
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.
• Check deliveries against approved PR/LPO, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Properly arrange and store materials according to category and storage requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
• Issue materials only against approved requests.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels, shortages, excess stock, damages, and expiry items.
• Maintain proper records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and wastage.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, secure, and properly maintained.
• Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Accounts, and other departments regarding stock requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required.
• Follow company SOPs and inventory control procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant Storekeeper experience.
• Immiditaly avalable to join.
• Experience in F&B, construction, warehouse, or general trading will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory and stock control procedures.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Honest, responsible, organized, and disciplined.
