Are you organized, communicative, and comfortable working with people? Join us in providing organizational and administrative support to the study process at our location in Celje .

What will your tasks be?

• Administrative and organizational support in carrying out the study process.
• Communication with students, lecturers, and other participants.
• Assistance in organizing lectures, practical classes, exams, and events.
• Preparation of rooms and equipment for study activities.
• Basic technical support in the use of online and video conferencing tools.

We are looking for a reliable, independent, and resourceful person who enjoys working with people and is proficient in digital tools. Experience with administrative or organizational work is welcome, and candidates with a higher education degree will be given preference .

Form of cooperation: Contract-based cooperation through a company or sole proprietorship. The scope and schedule are arranged according to the needs of the study process. Work occasionally also takes place in the afternoons or on Saturdays.
