Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a We Pack Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately packing products in accordance with manufacturing standards, safety protocols, and quality specifications. Your energetic approach will ensure smooth packaging operations, supporting the overall production process and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and machinery, ensuring proper setup, operation, and troubleshooting to maintain continuous production flow.
• Handle materials safely using appropriate handling equipment such as forklifts and hand tools, adhering to safety standards in production areas.
• Interpret production documents and standard operating procedures to accurately assemble, package, and label products according to specifications.
• Conduct heavy lifting and materials handling tasks while following safety protocols to prevent injuries and ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform routine inspections of packaging lines, identify mechanical or industrial equipment issues, and troubleshoot problems promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations.
• Support warehouse operations by managing inventory levels, recording production data accurately, and assisting with material movement as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing facilities or packaging environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of packaging equipment operation, industrial equipment troubleshooting, and hand tools usage.
• Familiarity with GMP, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and safety standards in production settings.
• Ability to interpret manufacturing documents and follow detailed standard operating procedures precisely.
• Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and recording data accurately.
• Valid forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence, including heavy lifting techniques and warehouse safety procedures.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
