We are currently looking for an experienced Wealth Advisor to join our dynamic team.

As an Advisor with Composition Wealth, you will be provided with:

• A dedicated support ecosystem including estate strategy, investment management, client service, and compliance administration.
• A comprehensive, modular planning process baked into the digital client experience.
• Access to best-of-breed technology and open architecture structure of services and products.
• Professionally developed marketing, business development, and succession planning resources.
• Direct equity participation in the firm’s collective growth.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
• Series 65 required
• CFP required or ability to obtain within one year of hire
• A portable book of business is required
• Proven track record of developing business successfully through traditional and digital channels
• 3+ years of industry experience in a client facing role working with high net worth individuals
• Strong compliance record
• Highly motivated, the affinity towards a self-starting work environment, and a sense of humor

• Salary Range: $150,000-$200,000
