Role & responsibilities
* Generate and convert leads through calls and other channels
* Understand client financial goals and risk appetite
* Recommend suitable mutual fund products and investment solutions
* Explain SIPs, lump-sum investments and various mutual fund categories
* Achieve monthly sales and business targets
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Follow up with prospective and existing clients
* Handle investment-related queries and provide excellent customer service
* Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company guidelines
Preferred candidate profile
Someone with good communication, convincing/presentation skills, a sales mindset, and an interest in the financial services/investment industry.
