Who We're Looking For While a background in business or finance is a plus, we prioritize drive, resilience, and a strong professional work ethic.

• Degree qualification (Bachelor's degree or higher) from a recognized institution
• High level of personal integrity, accountability, and self-motivation
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to build long-term client relationships
• Growth mindset with a readiness to complete mandatory industry licensing examinations
• Desire to transition out of traditional corporate roles into an entrepreneurial career
